  I had heard very wonderful things about American Heritage when trying to find a place to recommend to my mom for Pre-Need Funeral Services for my ill grandfather. This is a very touchy subject because, she doesn't want to think or in a sense have to "plan" or even talk about these things. Which in turn also made me think that Funeral Planning would probably be very hard for her in the future. After convincing her, we met up with Mr. Cole and his lovely wife Rebekah. They made us feel right at home. All of our questions and concerns were answered, and they were very patient in explaining everything that we needed to know. Mother felt so at home and at ease. We were treated like family, from the moment we walked in until we left. The facility is beautiful. Thank you David and Rebekah, for the care and understanding that you give to your clients in their/our time of need.

  In preparing for the inevitable of a close family member the wonderful staff were both understanding and patient as we worked through a very unpleasant process. Good customer service is always important but never more that it was for us in this situation. Many thanks.

  Things aren't always what they appear. While David and his father, Robert, own the funeral home David is not a licensed funeral director or a licensed embalmer. I would have rated a 0 but that was not an option

  American heratige treated me and my husband so good. David was amazing. We lost our baby at 5 months into our pregnancy. He met with us at the hospital and explained everything to us about what all we were going to do an set up a time for us to meet with him and his wife. And he spoke at our sons service and did amazing. And he went further than and filled my heart locket with my sons ashes. And I am beyond grateful for their services and would highly recommend them to everyone in need of funeral services.

  David and family are caring and concerned first and foremost about you and your family. The grounds are beautiful, and peaceful because they are away from the traffic of the city!
